SPV Royal Motorcross Series round two - the Prince of Portobello.
The Tamatea Rd (behind the Otakou Marae)-based event encompasses all classes, including adults, veterans and young riders. A mini track will also be running for youngsters.
Series co-ordinator Dennis Ireland says between 100 to 180 competitors turn up each round.
Practise from 8am, racing starts at 10am.
Free entry for spectators.
The third round - the King of the Kilmog will be held on April 12.
